My company is marketing and consulting agency. My niche is the residential construction industry. I only work with residential design-build remodelers. My clients have the need for visual informative materials that provide valuable info to homeowners that are considering building or remodeling their homes. These homeowners are looking for all types of answers to their questions so providing visually informative content can be a great way to attract prospects and generate leads. I need to create ongoing industry specific infographics. I would like to find a qualified individual that can create monthly infographics that express the desired brand message and convey the information in an easy to interpret format that is visually pleasing and not just like everything else you see. I wish to run a contest on a couple initial designs so I can see what you are capable of. The winner will be awarded the ongoing creative contract creating 2 infographics per month among other creative projects. It is my goal to find a partner that i can rely on for my agencies ongoing creative needs.
I wish to utilize the attached files as examples but wish to create a unique layout and look. I wish that the infographics can be easily rebranded for each of my existing and future clients. I envision having client logo, contact info/ Call To Actions on top and bottom of the infographic but it would be nice to be able to easily change a banner color and other areas to match a client's branding. So the goal is to create a high quality, in-depth, detailed, custom templated version and then be able to easily rebrand and distribute it for many clients.
Two of the infographics are to be homeowner customer facing and are for redistribution within my contractor clients content marketing campaigns. The third infographic is titled “The Buyer's Journey” is to be contractor client facing and is meant to explain and show the process of Content Marketing.

Thanks for the contest. I have some questions. You want three infographics-
1) Kitchen Layout - where from I get the content? Do you want a redesign of your attached kitchen layout design?

2)Remodeling Project Cost-everything is clear

3)THE BUYER'S JOURNEY - Facing Contractor Clients
It is a 48 pages document. I hope, you don't want all the text in your design right?
