I want background artwork and title treatment to use on the Apple App Store.

Background artwork must be at least 3200 pixels in width and 600 pixels in height with a minimum resolution of 72dpi in a layered .psd format. The title treatment must be 2004 pixels in width and 586 pixels in height with a minimum resolution of 72dpi in a layered .psd format. The title treatment artwork is so that the app title can be scaled to fit whatever design is created.

The app is an online nutritionist that provides a personalized diet each day to the app subscriber. The app name is Online Nutritionist in the App Store if you want to reference the logo and screenshots. If you want an image showing the loading screen image of the app, I am able to provide that as well.
