I am designing a new bar / event space concept based in an industrial warehouse. I am looking for someone to do a 3D design and walk through of the 1. Building exterior and 2. Building interior including; i) Entry, is) Saloon, iii) Event Space, iv) Kitchen.

I am looking for design concept, not an animation.

The theme is elegant speakeasy saloon. The event space is simple tilt slab concrete with black curtains for multi purpose use.

The Saloon will be designed as high end speakeasy in 2 formats. 1.) Saloon style with bar leaners with a few leather seats and lots of open space for use as in standing cocktail events and 2.) 20 person seated dinner.

The Event space will need. 3 Design concepts. 1.) 30 person business meeting rectangular setting. 2.) Wedding simple stepped stcuture and wedding theme and 3.) Corporate Box setting for Sports events with large format screen showing sport.

I have included a basic floor design to scale (300m2) photos to the exterior of the building and some photos for design guidance.

The purpose of the document is to sell the design and concept to investors, it is not for architectural design so is conceptual in nature.

Hi, I have had a few comments that the scope of work is too big for the prize. Fair enough. Am happy to reduce the amount of work, and at a minimum I will accept.

2. Entry - simple view of the entry and cloak area.

3. Saloon - open view, from the front covering the bar, 6 bar leaners (tall tables), walls, and a few seats or leather couches around the outside

4. The event space set up for a wedding 50 people

5. The event space set up for dinner for 50 people at large round tables

Most important - while the dimensions do not need to be exact, the space should look and feel like the floor plan in the file attached.

  Hi Angelia, thanks for this. I think you are on the right track but lease find the following comments.
  
  1. Exterior - no need to do further work here, this is fine.
  
  2. Saloon, can you have a look at the floor plan think about the room dimensions and reduce the amount if furniture in the room. I am thinking this is an event space for 50 people, mainly standing. The main furniture would bee 6 bar leaners in the centre of the room, a few leather lounges around the outside and the bar.
  
  I am looking for a feeling of space and flow.
  
  2. The event space. You have not addressed this space. This is a very simple space designed for parties and dinners. Can you show this space please

  Hi Maria, in the files attached there is an accurate floor plan. Each square represents 1 meter. I do not have an exact height, but as it is a commercial warehouse space you can assume it high. Much higher than a normal bar or entertainment space circa 7 meters.
