Стисле описання конкурсу

hello,
I need a banner (just graphics) to be at the top of my business page on Facebook and at the top of my channel on YouTube.
I am a consultant fo the family economy and I need a banner that will convey growth, positive process, success and experience.
I've included my logo here - it needs to be integrated and fit into this banner.

The size of the image should be 828X315 pixels for Facebook (when the main part of the image should enter 560 pixels wide)
And YouTube size should be 2120X350 pixels (when the main part of the image should enter a width of 1280 pixels).

When I say "the main part" I'm talking about most of what the picture conveys. Anything outside this can be background, or other elements are less important.
