I need a logo designed for a new printing company called Pond Hockey Printing. We will print on hockey pucks, sticks, trophys, t-shirts, etc.

For hockey players, pond hockey invokes nostalgic feelings of playing a game they love on a frozen pond in the great outdoors with good friends. The logo should include the kind of northern hemisphere "outdoor" vibe that makes hockey players smile.

I have included a number of photos that convey the kind of "feeling" or "vibe" I'm going for. They can be used as the basis for a good logo, but they should not be simply reproduced. Please let me know if you have any questions or need any clarification.

The successful designer will know all of this already, but it must be in vector format and needs to be creative -- basic logos simply involving letters will be ignored. It and should include a hockey player, a pond and the great outdoors (trees, mountains, etc.). The logo also needs to be simple enough to be embroidered for use on hats and shirts but interesting enough to work on the web, packaging and advertisements.
