Our new startup needs a cool new website that is, modern and cutting edge.

Requirements:
Final designs should be delivered in PSD format
We need designs for desktop and also Mobile (Responsive)

Website objective is to promote consulting services for:
* IT Strategy
* e-commerce
* Supply Chain Technology
* CIO Services

Color palette and inspiration:
* black,
* bronze/gold,
* red, medium
* blue

services are laid out on first page, additional content immediately accessible with scrolling, no clicks

Reasons:
dated, wordy, menu driven, fixed width, small font, need to click to get the information, not responsive
