You will use this web page for your design http://thepalmbeachgroup.com/sellers-strategy/. Only use the information on the page down to all the logos of websites. Please only use the logos for the Realtor.com, Trulia, Zillow, Homes.com and you will need to google the logo for Redfin. Also only use the text, Your home is listed on all the top tier real estate websites. It is possible there is too much information on my web page for the postcard design. If this is the case then we will remove some items and add the most important at final design.

Please design with the colors of the website. Use photo and logo attached.
Put phone number 561-676-2200 and website address www.ThePalmBeachGroup.com on the postcard somewhere.

Use the front and back for presentation of information. You can use bullet points mixed with any design you feel best presents the information. Highlighting this text somewhere is important, Marketing homes for 3.5% total. 1% is my fee, that is it! You choose the buyer's agent commission. Either 2.5%-3%.

Postcard requirements maximum:
Length is 11 inches
Height is 6 inches

Upper left of front side side will have a return address. I would like a white rectangular box for this. The size of this box will be 2 1/4 inches wide and 1 1/4 inches in height. Please put this name and address there.

In the center of the front side I want a white box to put an address. This white box will need to be 1 3/4 inches high by 3 1/2 inches wide.

The top right of front side will have a white space 3 1/2 inches wide by 1 1/2 inches high.

At the bottom of front side it will be white and 1 inch high for the postal service's bar code.

Please know that revisions will need to be made as with any design to perfect it and make sure information is presented the best. You must provide print ready design so I can send it to a printer in multiple formats.

“A wonderful design very minor changes needed. Has a great mind for imagining things creatively. I received the file in PDF format for sending to my printer, which is what is needed. However one item is providing the original files in a .PPT format to me. I've never received design work in PPT. I'll have to see if this causes issues in the future. Most designers use Adobe Photoshop to design in. ”

You can round the blank white areas in the corners and center to add more design. They do not have to be square.

For the part that says "The top right of front side will have a white space 3 1/2 inches wide by 1 1/12 inches high" I was wondering if that really is supposed to say 1 and 1/12 inches or if it's supposed to say 1.5 inches. Just want to make sure!
