I need a 1 master bedroom suite, 1 bedroom with bath, and 1 office (1/2 bath maybe). My building was previously used as a religious building and I am turning it into my home. I want a very open, loft like floor plan. The kitchen will have no upper cabinets, floors will be acid stained concrete, etc.
This building has no load bearing walls. The exterior walls are brick. The building approximately 58&#039; x 28&#039; exterior. I would like to preserve the general look of the brick, but add windows. It has a 8&#039; plate and the new windows will need to be of a scale that makes the building look as tall as possible.
Because of the unique origins of the building (church) and it new use, this will be showcased on local media. Please specify if you would like to be publically credited for your work.

AWARD will occur at the end of the contest, not earlier. I will base the award off of a floorplan. We will work together on the rest of the details.

There needs to be unobstructed views of the back of the house if entering from the front door. The ultimate focal is the back yard through the windows on the back of the home.
