Стисле описання конкурсу

We are a corporate training company. Want a slide to illustrate the importance of team work through cogs and wheels. More specifically, top of the slide will have the bigger cogs signifying Management team, and the bottom of the slide will have smaller cogs in different groups to signify different departments in an organisation.

This slide also should show that the wrong cog, especially at the top will effect the bottom layer....
