We are in need of a redesign of a dashboard that is used to help managers in one location manage facilities in another location. The dashboard is used to control physical assets such as gates, doors, cameras as well as interface with kiosk hardware and CRM systems.

For this contest i would like to see designs of the main dashboard page for our site. Pages 1-4 of the attached PDF show how this page functions in it's current design. These pages should give you an idea of how the user will interact with kiosks and devices located at a facility in a remote location.

I'm mostly looking for new ideas on how to make this page work functionally not simply a new skin of what currently exists. I would like something that works on mobile as well as desktop.

I've included a PDF of screenshots of the current UI mockup for this dashboard and the supporting pages used to set up and configure connected hardware, locations and users.

As I was reviewing the requirements for this project I realized that there will be great need to integrate a chat app into the dashboard. This app could be in a drawer on the right side similar to the one here on freelancer or gmail or others. This would allow manager to communicate with each other as well as with tenants at the kiosk.

Our current dashboard is built on Angular with Bootstrap for styling. This may help guide your design decisions. If this is too restrictive for what you have in mind please be creative.

Please note I have modified the contest to include only 1 page. I referenced Pages 1-4 in the PDF so that you understand how the page I'm requesting functions. I will select a winner from the designer who produces the best design with the best UI.
