We want to have a design for a simple flyer we can send out as marketing to potential customers via mail. Our customers are primarily tenant owners' associations/ co-operatives. We offers administrative services including current accounting, final accounts, annual reports, tax returns, deposit notes as well as taking care of their bills and incoming payments from tenants. We offer also economic counseling concernings above areas and tax issues. We would like a simple but yet serious and professional looking A5 size flyer which is adapted to the nature of the business. We are a family owner company so would like something also relating to a more personal treatment as a client. We have also been i business for more than 30 years which we want to address. If the flyers can easily adapted to swedish is a major advantage so I will need to document files after for making the translations.
