I need a top quality responsive design of my homepage and if possible the listing page.

Homepage is more important and if within the award budget listing is not possible do not worry about it.

My expectation is that of a top quality modern design that wow's the customer. Have a look at the attached images to get an idea of the design quality i am looking for
