Hi, I'm looking for a visual concept plan (CAD & Revit or similar) for a building development to change the use of this existing restaurant building into either flats or houses with two purpose built small retail units in the existing car park area. The land drops down a banking at the rear so the flats can be built at a maximum two storey from the road front. Just looking for a couple of basic concept designs at this stage, no planning permission is required just yet. We want to get a feel of the best possible design that could be taken forward for the square footage we have available. I have attached exisiting pictures and also the ordance survey map showing the site. Ideally we want the retail units next to the sub station facing the main road. Thanks in advance.
