In brief: drupal 7 theme function, we retrieve values from an eID card true lightopenId. The result (array) needs to be split and mapped to drupal form fields (on insert/edit form) on click (first name, last name, image, etc.). So we need a button on the insert/edit form that triggeres 'read card' action and then populates the form with the resulting array.

We need to implement some basic design customizations to a new SWF controlbar (not the HTML/Javascript customization option).
