Hi, I'm looking for someone to help me with an issue I'm having with my PC. I recently factory reset it and reinstalled windows from the cloud, but since then it's gone from working really well to barely functioning. I'm using a Windows operating system and I did make some changes before the slowdown occurred - I factory reset then reinstalled Windows from the cloud.
