ESP32 firmware for an experimental, battery-powered maker devkit (SyncStim) that plays a 10 ms audio burst and, at a configurable interval, fires a charge-balanced biphasic constant-current electrotactile pulse train (plus an LED cue). The core requirement is timing fidelity and safe constant-current output, verified on an oscilloscope. Hardware is already specified (BOM): ESP32-WROOM-32D, MAX98357A I2S amplifier, DRV8871 H-bridge, DC-DC boost converter, LM334 constant-current source, current sense, SD card. Battery-powered and mains-isolated. Behavior: repeats a 200 ms cycle (5 Hz). Each cycle is a 10 ms audio burst over I2S, then after a configurable inter-stimulus interval, a burst of 3 biphasic pulses (150 microseconds per phase, 1 ms onset-to-onset), constant current, under 3 mA, ch...

For an R&D platform based on the SAM E54 Xplained PRO, we would like to make several (starting with 6) plug-in boards. The boards should be placed on one of the 3 headers of the Xplained. We have divided boards into 3 categories. Power supply, DCD converters (±48V or +40V or ±24V, 3V3, VREF 2.5, 1.25V, etc.). Driver OUTPUT User Interface and related For the first 4 boards (option 1 and 2), there are already schematics that can be used. These are already R&D PCBA files in use, but now we want to split them into partial boards as well. User Interface boards could be very simple, like a button, LED, header, screw terminal, etc. On request, new plug-in boards will need to be designed and created. All of this must be done with a program that is comp...
I need an analog circuit designed from the ground up and then laid out on a production-ready PCB for a consumer-electronics product. The finished board must operate as a single, unified control unit that fits cleanly inside a dedicated enclosure, so component placement and overall footprint matter as much as the schematic itself. I need an integrated control panel which houses two subsystems. One is water pumping line and the second is uv disinfection line. The circuit diagram for both subsystems will be provided . Kindly provide an integrated one and a pcb design for the same.
I am looking for LTSpice expert who can deliver simulation result per project. It is not one time project and if you are good candidate, we can cooperate for a long time. Also, we have to work on slack. Budget: 20$/task, 2 tasks/every day. Please share your LTSpice experience.
