Add Multiple Instances to software and change style sheets

We have the source for a program written in [url removed, login to view] and C#. The program as it stands now only allows one instance of the program. We want it to allow an umlimited number of accounts. As each new company sets up their account they will be able to login in using all the features under a separate instance. If you can put all of the information in 1 database using the source rather than setting up a new database for each new company using the program that would be great.
We have also changed some of the design on the pages. There are several features like video recorder and our Live Video Connector which we do with a hyperlink to another page so no programming for this, just a place holder for it. We have done the pages we want to change in psd's. All of the pages would require our header and footer as well (so if you could just put a placeholder here too that would be good, even if there is no changes to the page. The person we're looking for would need to convert the pages to the new style into the existing code. The functionality isn't changing. The attached document has the website where you can see the website. We will provide you with the source code. We need this project as soon as possible.
You can check the program out at www.bizcollaborator.com. The program on our server is somewhat unstable, but we will provide a zip of the program so you can work on your server.
The project would need to be completed in 5 days with progress shown each day in order to continue. We will not do a milestone. We will place full payment into escrow and when completed and sent to use we will release all the funds.
