you will be presenting a short 3–5-minute proposal for your project. Your proposal should include the following: 1. State the organization you have chosen. 2. Provide a summary of the evolution of the organization and its history of diversification. 3. Find at least three reputable resources, each drawing from at least one separate academic discipline (e.g., biology, geography, sociology, art, or humanities), which inform the approach and strategy you will use in your initiative. 4. Discuss specifically how these resources support the diversity initiative. 5. State at least one interdisciplinary lens that is critical for meeting the goals of your diversity initiative. What can be learned from this perspective that helps create an effective approach in your plan? 6. Include the goals, targeted population, and intended outcomes of the awareness initiative. 7. Make a 3-4 minute powerpoint presentation on the same.
