I am looking for a versatile virtual assistant. I have a work which involves accounting and real estate and I have a very busy schedule. I am looking for someone who can do the following:

1. Research specific info over the internet and enter it in an excel spreadsheet.
2. Do some bookkeeping
3. Do some HTML since I also create blogs.
4. Organize my daily schedules.

Being an assistant, I'd like someone to be hardworking, honest and friendly. I am always open for suggestions and would like someone who is always willing to share his/her ideas. I also want someone who is keen to details. I'd also like someone who is motivated and would meet deadlines.
