Require a detailed 'financial plan' for a group buying e-commerce business model. The team needs to be familiar with Group buying sites such as Groupon, Buywithme, Living Social etc. He/She needs to be very strong in the area of financial/business forecasting. KEY FINANCIAL PROJECTIONS - Financial Needs and Use of Funds - Projected Profit and Loss - Projected Balance Sheets - Projected Cash Flow - Break Even Calculation - Summary of Investor Return and Risk - 12month, 3 year and 5 year P&L, Balance Sheet, and Cashflow statement. *Plus we require a financial indicators table, a quick look for investors, that summarizes the projected financial positioning of the company. MOST IMPORTANTLY: 1) All financials should cater to a MAXIMUM 'Cash Infusion' of 500K ** Note: According to your projections, infusion can be less than 500K Lastly, the financial details should be written specific for the Malaysian market with projections done in 'MALAYSIAN CURRENCY' (MYR or RM). The OBJECTIVE of all financials is to obtain a 'cash infusion' from investors. Please PM your prior experience and examples of your other financial plans that you have created.
