I need some help with finding an accountant. Hi, I need an accountant to file my return for FY 2016-2017. My income is generated in foreign countries and are Royalties in nature hence 15% income tax is already applied by the USA, etc. Under the income tax treaty exemption is rewarded. I am an Indian resident national living in India. So I only require an accountant who has knowledge of filing returns for Indian residents with foreign income. Also detail the documents you and income tax department will require. Please don't send generic bid instead 'Name the documents or forms you require' or the bid will be rejected.

DTAA will come in picture. Average Income tax we have to calculate and whatever tax has been applied already by the USA government you will get a rebate of that.
