android remote administration app

looking for someone who can make android remote administration app. i want to look for someone who can modify androrat app which open source project. here is reference url [login to view URL] [login to view URL] [login to view URL] i need remote administration functionality which remotely connect to android phone and silently control. also want to login android phone bypass security lock screen and background remote control . im not sure this is possible technology but i want this functionallity. here is more detail about android remote administration app which i need to have function. 1. need android app which will be install on android phone and once installed now it start to like client so can control from server(androrat control panel) 2. android remote administration(rat) app should have to can control remotely and silently even though Lock screen or Pattern lock turn on but can have to connect and control phone background( for example, open webpage backgroudly so user can't recognize but i can see opened webpage) 3. need trigger function: for example, if client phone received specific sms word(like 'hello') then start to have client function and can see on server panel( control panel) if have any question send msg me. sorry for my bad english.
