Appcelerator - Function: File To Chunks Then Upload Separately

I'm working on an app in Appcelerator Titanium for both iPhone / iPad and Android for a client. The current bit I'm working in is taking far too long for me to finish and I'm wondering if anyone can complete it for me. I'm currently working on a "Video upload" function. The problem is that in Android, if you try an upload too large files, you get a "[login to view URL]" (Here's a link to my Question in the Dev Q and A [login to view URL]) This is what I need done: Create a function for an Appcelerator app that can separate files into chunks and upload them separately. If you think this seems like a simple job I'd love to have a chat via email or Skype (which ever you prefer) and I'll give you the URL and my current code that I'm using to test my uploads. (I'm looking to spend max £100 on this project, if you can do this a lot cheaper I'd be very grateful as I'm not earning much money for this app) Thank you very much for your help!
