Cosmetic Ingredient Reader

It's a great idea to create an app where app should read the different cosmetic ingredient by taking the pictures of the cosmetics. It's really unique idea, I am sure It will succeed. From your requirement, we will have to develop app in both platform Android as well as iPhone. Our understanding is that, when app will open, first page will display the instruction of the app, how users will use it. App will have the functionality of taking pictures of the a list of chemical ingredients and then we will have to send that pictures to server. On response, we will show the list of ingredients and their respective description and other information stored in your database. There will be back-end where data will be stored in global database. When users will send the pictures of the list of ingredients that will be converted into digital, editable text format through an OCR (optical character recognition) process. Optical character recognition is the mechanical or electronic conversion of scanned or photographed images of typewritten or printed text into machine-encoded/computer-readable text. After resulting list of the ingredients and their respective description, we will show in the app. We take the total cost of ownership for this app and guarantee our best of efforts for it. Queries: a) Designs of the app will be provided by you. Please confirm. b) Web services will be provided by you and the response will be in XML or JSON format. Please confirm.
