I want to use 1 android phone as a wifi hotspot which has IP cameras as clients that wifi connect to it's network.

I then want to connect this hotspot android phone (call it the USB device) to another android phone (call it the USB host) via USB OTG. I need the host android phone to be able to display the IP Cameras live feeds.
