Develop a strong mobile library to process special-designed barcodes (two circles) that carry up to 128 bits of data. Alternative to QRCode. SPECIFICATIONS - two circle with fixed and consistent width - circle which could be Black & White as well as color (only limited number of known color combinations / background will be supported) - having 64 radial segments per circle, fixed width, representing 1 bit - for the total data payload capacity for both circles of 128 bits - include strong CRC features - circles will appear in printed media and on displays of mobile devices (like QR Code) - library needs to be read by low-end smartphones with 4MP (or iPhone 3GS) camera resolution or higher Developer of this library can provide specifications on minimum size, color requirements, thickness, etc. PROJECT BID REQUIREMENTS - you must have previous experience developing image processing and barcode reading (please provide details). Bids without providing previous relevant experience will not be considered. - Ask me questions, or mention any problematic areas. - In you response, mention the word ILYA.
