Incorporation of folder view for songs in my current Android music player

I am working on a project to develop an android music player. I got the code from github.
I need you to include the following options
1. In the current player , I have the option to view the songs as per Albums, Artists only. I need you to arrange the songs as per the folders in Device/External memory.
2. Incorporate provision to delete songs from the Songs list, Playing queue and from Now playing list
Please quote for the project if you are fully confident of doing it. My previous developers wasted so much time in this and they didn’t provide me the output. I don’t want to waste my time again by choosing a wrong developer.
