Arbitrage Betfair Automatic

I'm looking for something like ArbBroker (created by welldonesoft, but not sold anywhere). It must find real surebets at exchangers fully automatic. And it must place the necessary bets fully automatic, too. It has to be very fast, so it can also find and use arbitrages that are lasting for under one second. It would be great if it is possible to use such a program at one exchanger only, preferred betfair. But I'm not sure if there *are* such arbitrages to be found and used. In this case a clone of ArbBroker would be great (searching at three exchangers at the same time).

The software has to work for itself (of course it must be possible to manually set preferred bets and so on). It mustn't find traded arbitrages which have a low risk. It must find the real existing arbitrages/surebets ("back all" under 100 and/or "lay all" over 100 percent). And it must be free to use at these exchangers, i.e. without any API-costs etc.
