Creating a wikipedia page is a process. It is not just about writing. I have written over 40 wikipedia articles. I would have to assess your online presence, website and external references available before your wikipedia page is written. From this information search, writing to the wikipedia requested edits, I would take care of the entire process. However, your payment structure is not entirely acceptable. I would need 50% at the time of submission to Wikipedia and 50% after 2-3 weeks of the page not being deleted. If you are looking for someone to merely do the job, then i am not the one for you.
