I have been working for Vodafone UK customer service team over the phone for 7 months, which is a very similar job to this one , I used to answer customer's calls and help them solve the issues they are facing with the service, this also included working on the system to manage their accounts financially , sending them e-mails, responding to their enquiries, calling them back if needed , and
I used to do these tasks in a very limited time interval, as we had what is called AHT ( Average Handling Time ) which was on of the KPI"s of the company.
So this job I consider it much easier for me and less pressure , as you mentioned the maximum number of e-mails I shall reply to is 15 e-mails per day which is very adaptable with my availability each day.
