I have a PDF File that needs non-standard headers printed across each of the 320 pages. The headers are all the same for each of the pages.

The headers are made up of one row across five columns at the top of the page.

I am attaching a sample header that will tell you exactly what I need printed across the top of each page.

The font I used for the sample was Arial Black, 12 point font size.
