Dear Sir/Madam: I can transcribe your approximately 65-minute audio interview in 2 to 3 days for $45. I observe utmost confidentiality with my work, even without a nondisclosure agreement. The transcript will be in Q&A format with speakers labeled as Interviewer/Interviewee, or other appropriate labels. The transcript will be on a Word file that will be edited and proofread for spelling, punctuation, and grammatical errors, with slang words converted to formal English. Unfamiliar or technical terms will be researched for better accuracy. Time stamps will be placed at approximately every 5 minutes or whatever interval you may prefer. The text will be in single space with auto space between paragraphs. I can provide clean verbatim with omission of false starts, stutters, and verbal fillers. I will use transcription software, not speech-to-text conversion software for better accuracy.
