A call for digital painters

Greetings. We’re an indie game development team currently working on a 2D project, a cartoony old school adventure game of the style of the Monkey Island series. As the majority of the game’s background art has been designed but is still in pencil draft stage, we need a colorist to develop it further into colorful backgrounds for the game. The above is a very generic example of a digital painting (from the Curse of the Monkey Island); we’re open for any styles that meet the definition (from simple 2-shade to blurry colorings to the more advanced styles). We have roughly 15 backgrounds of varying levels of difficulty, with the shown example being average. Your eligibility for the job is determined by your artistic ability, your clarity of communication, and our opinion about your coloring style. Do not hesitate to contact us for more details!
