a2billing help. Paypal integrationa and CallerID issue

The paypal integration works only partially. a2billing will take the payment and the transaction records show the payment but the customer balance does not update. 2) The caller ID sent from customer equipment such as asterisk or a softphone does not appear as the caller ID, rather the customer account number shows as the caller ID. This needs to work. The customer has to be able to send his own callerid. This is urgent please. Thanks.
