NOTE: Please DO NOT BID if do not have an experience on IVR setup. This project is for an experienced programmer who can explain me how it all works, is familiar with Asterisk PBX, programming, and setting up everything. I only know a very high-level requirements of this project and do not know what components are needed to have a simple IVR system up and running. You must be able to chat with me on Skype to work out the required components. High level requirements: I want an IVR setup that asks callers some simple questions, and play per-recoded media, or use the API to fetch some contents such as stock rates etc. The IVR must be hosted on Amazon Web Services (advice me if its not necessary, I am open for options.) Use Asterisk as its free and the skills are widely available. I do NOT care about look and feel of the software, I want the rock-solid performance (will later hire a good designer to make it look good). Training on how to use and configure the system. Again, this is NOT a website design project and please DO NOT BID if you don';t know what I am asking for. Thank you

I have done a lot of asterisk projects, ivr integrated with different solutions. I do the work quality and to be sure feel free to see my profile and customer feedbacks. For your project I recommend to use asterisk on any linux or hosted solution. Then based on asterisk there are two solution either to develop a solution in configuration file or install a gui like freepbx and to use it. Usually we use configuration in file as this is more powerful and we are free to develop any ivr you want and use script to integrate it with your solution. I can support you 100%, I have many years of experience with VoIP, Linux and prototype solutions. FreePBX (is one of asterisk configuration GUI interfaces) has a web based IVR support, if this cannot cover your needs I can use code to add more features in the IVR solution and learn you how to update the IVR. Amazon cloud hosting is good but is expensive, let me know more about your needs to calculate the server specifications that you need. The only issue that we may have if the zone time, if we will find a common time we'll can do a very good job.
