We have produced a short business promotional video (2 minutes 20 seconds). We used iMovie to do this (Mavericks version). The video has several sections of 'male talking to camera' using an external directional microphone but despite using the built in iMovie tools (voice enhance/reduce background noise/ducking of background music). We want the voice audio to sound richer, cleaner and sharper. We can supply the HD version to the freelancer.

I am an editor and music composer, I work in this field, so I can assure you, that I can do this, but if the audio is recorded that way there is only so much I can do. I can do noise filtering, equalize the volume and maybe reduce the background a little, but not much. Regards, Krisztina

I have worked a lot with mix of vocals. I will be able to get you the best possible quality out of the recording. Even out the levels, everything nice and clear and cancel out background noises as much as possible. This of course depends on the quality of the recording but if it is as you put it there should be no problem.

Hello, new to freelancer and really eager to get a review. Do you have separate pre-mixed/rendered files to work with? I have a professional audio studio and am an expert in all areas of audio. For your project I would use some analog compression to add harmonics and warmth to beef up the "tinny" sound your talking about and perhaps notch out some hi mid range. I would also use some spectral imaging to remove some of the unwanted room noise for the dialog.
