Create an instrumental audio track

Hello

I would like someone to create a instrumental audio tack for a product advertisement video. The requirements are;

1. It must be absolutely unique, no copying other tracks or taking samples from other tracks.

2. It must be loopable.

3. It must be 4 minutes long including a loop, and at least 2 sections where it represents excitement which can easily fit into the loop .

4. It must be not be overly loud as there will be someone talking over it, no rock, punk, dubstep or other over the top sounds.

5. The final output must be WAV, WMA, or MP3 format.

6. There should be 3 final tracks, one that is 2 minutes long, 3 minutes long and 4 minutes long (all are the same file just looped).

7. You will also provide the components separately, i.e. loops, and sections as describe in 3 above in WAV, WMA or MP3..

8. You will provide the original audio file and which application you used so I can edit it as needed.

9. I will own all rights to the music on payment, the payment will be the final payment and there will be no royalties or any other payments.
