As you have mentioned in your problem statement that you need a person should have a prior experience of AutoCAD. Since I have a degree in civil engineering & i also hold expertise in the area of AutoCAD design, i think i would be able to fulfill your requirements. Although you have not specified your problem completely here, but i would on similar projects for a technical festival in a college. So if you could tell me the what the exact problem statement it, i would try to complete it asap.
