We want someone to manage an email campaign for us. We have a spreadsheet of 222K recipients and we wish to send them one email. We will provide the copy/layout of the email itself along with subject header. We will need you to stagger the sending of the emails over a period of time, provide us with access to software where we can measure opens/clicks/bounces etc.
