Automatic Responder Plus Cone Site

Wello close to a clone...i need maybe half of the features this program features...i found a list of what the program does here so you can take a look. [login to view URL] I actually need maybe 1/4 to 1/2 of this list...and the only thing i really need added is i have many users who have their own list of emails. See every user logs in to his/her account and needs to click on a send mail link 1 - create an email 2 - choose which emails they want to send to (all, select a few, by states/cities) 3 - then send My server only allows 800 emails per day and locks up if you try to send to many at a time so the choke feature is key ---- Built-in choker to limit the number of e-mail messages that are sent during any one session. Allows you to keep within your host's limits - automatically. --- Other features on the list i'd love to have is a link that verifies emails then lets me delete the ones that are not real. Would love to have a tracking report to see who opens what emails didn't go thru and why ect...& importing and exporting of text and or excel files.
