Account Verifier / Craigslist & GMail

Looking for a small stand-a-lone utility to be written that will load a .csv file, containing login information for craigslist and google's gmail. Log into each account, and verify it's still a functional account. (login will not progress past login screen if they are not functional). The program should have option to use either the internet connection and IP address on it's internet connection - or pull a secure proxy from another .csv file and connect to craigslist or gmail through the secure proxy address (rotated with each account lookup). Display a grid of all accounts and a green "OK" block, or a red "BAD" indicater in a GMAIL and CRAIGSLIST column separately. Should be able to send output to printer also. I can provide sample .csv file formats for both accounts and proxy listing. Lowest bidder will be awared project. Funds immediately escrowed. This is not a complex program.
