I'm looing for someone to design a window application that is able to automatically submit posts to various forums (phpBB2, phpBB3, IPB, vBulletin 3 and etc).
The user of the application will supply a list of forum urls where the threads to be created + user names + password, together with a list of posts (with subject and body). Both the list are simple .txt file. The application will go thorough both lists, login to the forums and submit the post automatically.
Example of the forum urls + user names + passwords:

The application needs to be aware there's flood control for each forum and be able to time and make successful postings. Speed of posting is not a very major issue, as long as the application can make successful posts.
