Alexa New Code Upgrade for software.

I have a windows application software that queries on Alexa's search function parsing on information for website traffic and user detail and info. But now I have a problem because, Alexa has changed its services as release where they require a digital signing for applications to use their services and the charge around 0.001 for every 10,000 queries or something like that. Right now my software's querying function is rendered useles because of this. I need the query function to be re-integrated into the software in c++ borland ide but Alexa's code is in Java. I would also like to implement User defined details for the digital signing, for example if the user wants to use this function, he has to sign up for Alexa's services and input the details into the [login to view URL] which also holds other information such as for rebranding I have only 5 days left to get this up and running therefore if you are really up to it and can provide me with the updated software, please bid on this project.
