ASP.Net based internal website for filling multiple PDF forms and generating documents packet

The scope of this project is an ASP.net based (internal) website which will automae the process of forms generated when a vehicle is being sold to a customer by our company. Our goal is to generate the forms quickly, based on a predefined logic and email it to the customer or print it locally. The following pages should be created: 1. Inventory manager page – will allow to enter the following information: Vehicle serial number, color, make, model, trim, mileage, title type, and 4-5 additional parameters. 2. Sell a vehicle page – When a vehicle is being sold, we will need to enter customer's information and select the vehicle that got sold to him. Based on a predefined criteria, some of the following forms should be automatically filled with the information on the vehicle and the customer. The end result should be a pdf package of documents (Joined to one long document) that we can view, and email to the customer. The following, is the list of all 9 forms that would be used with a logic we will provide. We are willing to accept different PDF libraries, as long as the job could get done reliably. In your offer please detail which PDF library you would use. All code should be written using ASP.net/C#/Visual Studio 2013/SQL Server 2012 and up. Date would be stored in a SQL server database
