We need an application for Windows platform (from XP home and up, ok to use .NET framework), an app launcher with 12 games, with authentication over web. It is a Windows Desktop application. The games/screenshots it's linked to are going to be stored locally on the PC, so this application has to know the path from the config file. We need an executable file that interacts with directories where the config/games/images are stored. The game icons need to have a shadow underneath (if possible). When the access code window is above the games launcher, the games launcher should look faded or greyed-out, making impression the main menu is not available until the code is entered.
