Create a crossword puzzle generator in c#

Hi,
this is a small project and I need it within few days time. Please watch this flash game :

I need someone to build this for me in c#. Here are instructions :
1) Grid size should be customizable. User can choose the size (6*6, 8*8, 10*10)
2) You can use any word list (english language only)
3) Please note the gameplay (first fill the words and then remove some letters so that user should be able to fill it)
4) If other hidden boxes have same letters like selected empty box, then color all those boxes differently
5) Difficulty should be adjustable (in the flash game beginning one is easy, then there is moderate and then hard). With increasing difficulty lesser words are shown.
6) give up and reset button should be included too
The budget is $100 but is adjustable. The main part is the crossword generating algorithm which you can get from here :
