To accept they job you must have both a strong C# programming background AND a strong background in mathematics. This job requires the development of an algorithm that simulates the movement of people as they exit a building during an evacuation. There is already an infrastructure for graphical display and loading the configuration of the building and people within, the goal here is just to write the algorithm that simulates the movement of the people in the building based on various parameters. You do not need to research how people move within a building, the attached specification gives a detailed description of a set of rules that you apply. The programming job is to implement the rules as written (and discuss with me any ambiguities for clarification.) It is vital that this code be written in a way that the algorithm itself is very clear, and that the mathematics behind it is well defined and described. The attached file contains a much more detailed description of the algorithm and requirements.
