Did you want to hire someone or do some sort of startup together? I usually use similar stack of technologies, but not equal: Entity Framework instead of NHibernate. Since this summer I was started use Enterprise Library to logging, because of log4net dropped from support long time ago. Usually I use TDD. Also I does not fall in love with IOC and Patterns, I think that over-interfacing is overkill to most of projects. And patterns not so helpful as usually all talk about.
