There are several reporting tools that might be appropriate for this project depending on your requirements. C#.Net/SQL Server has some good options that might work depending on your requirements. There are also 3rd party tools (Crystal Reports) that might work as well, but come with an added licensing expense. How many reports are you looking to create? -Do the reports already exist in some format (excel, paper) or are you looking to create them from scratch? Do you have a reporting technology or set of reporting components you've already identified (Crystal Reports, Visual Studio Report Viewer, Sql Server Reporting Services, DevEx reports)?
