CBuilder 6 to XE7 porting of desktop application

Migrate a complex desktop imaging application from cBuilder 6 to the latest platform. A similar desktop application sharing many common functionality has been ported already by a programmer who has some medical difficulties, however, his help is still available if needed. The aim of this project to speed up the migration and provide stability in maintaining the application. Some of the technologies highlights: - Document Imaging - PDF - Scanning/TWAIN - Good understanding of CBuilder 6.0 and native C++ code/libraries (expert level) - Experience with Embarcadero C++ Builder XE platform - Complex Tree View - Metadata, xml Additional development based on the new release: - New Software protection implementation - Firebird database update and additional database support (MS SQL, Oracle) - TWAIN scanning code update - Acrobat communication plugin upgrade from 8 to 9,10,11 - Some additional software functionality implementation Further details will be provided upon interest.
